If you are not satisfied with the Water Drills® Drain Opener, Water Drills International Inc. will refund the full purchase price, postage and handling excluded. Simply return the complete Water Drills® Drain Opener with prepaid shipping within one year of its purchase to:

To qualify for this guarantee, the returned Water Drills® Drain Opener must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt showing the purchase price along with a self addressed envelope. Water Drills International Inc. will mail you a money order valued at and limited to the original purchase price not to exceed the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, no warranties or conditions including implied or statutory warranties or conditions relating in any way to the Water Drills® Drain Opener shall apply. Water Drills International Inc. hereby expressly disclaims any and all representations, conditions and warranties, whether written or oral, whether express or implied, whether arising by contract, at law, in equity, by strict liability or otherwise, with respect to the Water Drills® Drain Opener, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, defects.

Water Drills International Inc.’s liability to the Customer whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise for any loss or damage shall be limited to recovery of direct damages not exceeding the cost of repair or replacement of the Water Drills® Drain Opener. Water Drills International Inc. shall in no event be liable to the Customer for any indirect, economic, incidental, special or consequential loss including, without limitation, loss of profits or use or goodwill or anticipated savings or revenue or contracts, whether or not Water Drills International Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where the provisions of any statute from time to time in force imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations upon the Manufacturer in favor of the Customer which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, or if so only to a limited extent, then this Agreement shall be read and construed subject to such statutory provisions.
